Workflow Triggers let you automatically execute High5 streams whenever specific actions happen in your Cosmo space. This allows you to automate processes and integrate Cosmo events with your workflows seamlessly.
Configuring Workflow Triggers
Navigate to Workflow Triggers in your Cosmo space.
Click Choose to link a High5 space where Cosmo should send event triggers.
Select the High5 Execution Target from the dropdown:
Organization Member
Agent Account
Agent Pool
Choose the Cosmo Events that should trigger workflows. Examples include:
Space Actions: rename, delete, member changes
Asset Actions: create, update, delete
Click Create next to the event you want to enable.
Once set up, the configured High5 streams will execute automatically whenever the selected events occur in your Cosmo space.
