Step 2: Create or Use the Private Organization

One of the strong sides of helmut.cloud is collaboration. To make it as easy as possible for users, everything is organized around organizations.

When you register, you automatically have a private organization. You can immediately use this organization to explore the platform, create workflows, and build projects on your own. No additional setup is required.

If you want to collaborate with others, you can either join an existing organization or create a new one.

Your active organization is displayed in the top right corner. You can switch between organizations there.

Create organization

To start working with others, set up your first organization.

  • Click on your avatar icon in the bottom left corner

  • Choose "My organizations"

  • Click on "Create organization"

  • Enter a name that makes sense to you and click the "Create" button.

Gratulations! You are now the owner of a shared organization! From now on, you can create workflows and add members to your organization, depending on your plan and license.
