Cosmo provides powerful search capabilities to help you quickly locate assets across your organization.
You can search for assets across the entire Organization using the central search bar.
To perform a global search:
Click the Search bar at the top of the interface.
Enter keywords such as:
Asset name
File name
Related terms
Metadata values
Review the displayed results.
Search results include matching assets from all accessible Spaces within the Organization.
Global Search enables fast discovery of media content, regardless of where it is stored.
Results are filtered based on your access permissions.
Only assets from Spaces you have access to will appear.
Matching terms may include file names and indexed metadata fields.
